Imagine That! Abstracts Open Show
Plymouth Center for the Arts invites artists to participate in Imagine That!, a unique themed exhibit featuring abstract art. Artists are encouraged to experiment with their imagination and push artistic boundaries by exploring alternative or even accidental elements of an image.
Artists may submit their original abstract artwork in the following types:
• Non-representational – Artwork does not represent a realistic representation.
• Indeterminate – Artwork has recognizable, but obviously distorted images.
Plymouth Center for the Arts Exhibiting Membership is not required to enter this show.

Fine Art of Photography 2026
The Plymouth Center for the Arts premier photography competition and exhibit is back for its 16th consecutive year! In gallery April 25th through May 31, 2026.
Photographers are invited to submit their best original work to this non-themed, juried exhibition.
This year has more prizes, plus an opportunity for submitters to engage in portfolio reviews.
Awards - (All Award winners receive a Ribbon and Certificate)
Best in Show - $500
Per Category -
First Place - $250
Second Place - $175

Mulcahy Family Award - Best B+W Street Photo - $200

Inaugural Sculpture Exhibition
Plymouth Center for the Arts announces its Inaugural Sculpture Exhibition, celebrating the formal opening of our new outdoor gallery and beautifully landscaped garden. The Art Center expects this exhibit to set a new and dynamic standard.
The ”open show” encourages originality, allowing artists to respond in bold and distinctive ways. Plymouth Center for the Arts membership is not required for entry.
Exhibition Dates: June 11-November 30, 2026.
Artists may be offered an opportunity to extend their exhibition time up to one year.

- January 26, 2026 - Registration Opens
- March 16 - Registration closes at midnight (PST)
- March 23 - Notification of Acceptance.
- May 28-31 - Delivery & Installation of Sculptures (You will be contacted for an installation date & time)
- June 11 - Opening of the Inaugural Sculpture Show and Ribbon-cutting ceremony for the new Sculpture Garden with town and state officials.
- June 20 - Secret Garden Fundraiser celebrating the unveiling of the Sculpture Garden & Inaugural Exhibition to the public.
- November 30,2026 - Exhibit closes. Note: sculptures may remain on site until a mutually agreed upon date with each artist.
Award: Jurors will select a $500 Best in Show Award
This is a juried show. Artists may register up to 3 entries for consideration by the judge. Jurying will be completed online.
Liability: The Plymouth Guild, Inc. will not be responsible for fire, theft, loss, or damage of any nature. Artwork is submitted by artists with this understanding.

Inspired Teacher & Student Exhibit

Plymouth Center for the Arts offers a wide variety of classes and workshops that inspire creativity and help artists of all levels build their skills and explore new artwork media. We are excited to provide an opportunity for our instructors and their students to showcase their artworks in a special, non-themed gallery exhibit.
This show is open only to Plymouth Center for the Arts instructors and their students who participated in our adult and youth classes and workshops. (Class participation will be verified)
Artists are encouraged to submit artwork completed as classwork within the last 18 months.
Categories: Painting, photography, drawing, printmaking, pastel, mixed-media, pottery, digital art, fine crafts and sculpture
This exhibit will not be judged.
Plymouth Center for the Arts exhibiting membership is not required for this exhibit.
