Artists are invited to submit a maximum of 8 photos for the jury’s consideration. Important: accepted artists must deliver their ready-to-hang prints to Gallery 14 in person. 

Submission Guidelines

Upload your images between Monday, September 21 and Sunday, November 1, 2026. Images must be originated as a photograph and can’t be A.I.-generated. Accepted file format is jpg, maximum 2000 pixels long edge, maximum file size 2MB, no signatures or other identifying marks, labeled: lastname_firstname_title.  Selected participants will be notified by Monday, November 30.

Awards

Cash awards will be presented for Best in Show, Award of Excellence, and Award of Merit. In addition, three photographs will be awarded Honorable Mention.

Delivery of Work 

Photographs selected for the exhibition must be brought to Gallery 14 ready for hanging on Friday, January 1, from 4 - 6 p.m. or Saturday, January 2, from 10 a.m.- noon. Entrants who have work accepted will be sent information about framing requirements and alternative drop off arrangements. 

Sales

Gallery 14 will receive a 35% commission. All work must remain on display until the end of the exhibit and all pieces must be self-insured. 

Fees

The fee is $12 for each image submitted.

Gallery 14 reserves the right to use accepted images for publicity with an artist’s credit line. By submitting images to this exhibition, you agree to grant permission to have them on our website and printed material promoting the exhibition.
