Competition and Exhibit at The Pix Gallery

Call for all Emerging & Established Digital Artists

   We are seeking submissions for our open juried show
 

"CALM OR CHAOS" 
   
Artists can determine their definition of these terms. Send in a piece that represents calm or chaos or both.        

Cash prizes up to $300 will be awarded!    

JPEGS due: May 1, 2025 at midnight      

Artist Notification: May 12, 2025 

Show Opens: May 15, 2025   

Juror: Barbara Braman  

First, Second and Honorable Mention cash prizes will be awarded up to $300.  

Submission information: Artists can submit up to 5 works. The juror may accept a maximum of 2 works from any one artist. Payment is non-refundable and does not guarantee acceptance.

 Looking to hang your work in a physical gallery? The Calm or Chaos exhibit is brought to you in collaboration with Cape Cod Art Center - a gallery, gift shop and art education center in Barnstable Village on Cape Cod. All artists accepted into this exhibit will be shown in The Pix online gallery (pixmuseum.org) in addition to having the opportunity to hang their work in the Loft Gallery space at Cape Cod Art Center for November and December of 2025. Your piece will be offered for sale. Artists who are unable to physically drop off can mail their piece to our gallery. This is entirely optional but a welcome opportunity to show your work to new audiences!    

Entry fee for naDA members: $20 per piece  
You must enter nada2025 in the discount code box, then click "apply" for the member discount price of $20 per piece (membership status will be verified)  Members selected to be in the show have the opportunity to put their work for sale in our gift shop.   
Entry fee for non members: $25 per piece

Submission Tips:
To submit work, click the green register button at the bottom of the page and create an account or login to your existing account.  

Our museum and gallery software recommends uploading files sized between 500KB and 5MB - saved as compressed high-quality jpg. The image-width of large pieces of art should be about 1900px. Files must be less than 5 MB. Images must be smaller than 5000 x 5000 pixels. Allowed file types include png, jpg and jpeg.
