Within 24 hours you can be up and running on Smarter Entry. Once your account has been established we schedule a phone orientation to review administrator functions and tools. Once the training is completed, you take the helm and define the options unique to your event.

You have complete control over all aspects of your competition. Smarter Entry is designed to be clear and intuitive with help references readily available. However, we’re on hand to answer any questions and help you through your first events. Smarter Entry staff is available to assist and provide guidance at no charge.

If you need additional help getting started, you may want to avail of our Competition Consulting Services or Creating Your Prospectus. Both products are detailed below. Smarter Entry offers several additional paid services to help you get started or take your competitions or calls for entry to a higher level of participation.

Competition Consulting


$550 for 5hrs

If you are new to running competitions or are struggling to achieve the desired results, we can help you develop a successful call for entries. Running a competition is multi-faceted and our consulting services covers all aspects of what you need:

  • Choosing themes that appeal to wide audience
  • Strategically picking the right timing and scheduling deadlines
  • Creating a clear and effective prospectus
  • Determining incentives that work
  • Researching, contacting, and choosing jurors
  • Effective Marketing (your website, metrics, email, and advertising)
  • Pulling it all together

This service includes 5 hours of consultation. Additional hours will be billed at $125 hr.

Prospectus Creation


$225.00

The prospectus is one of the most important elements in achieving a successful competition. It is the definitive marketing tool. All other marketing efforts are designed to drive users to your prospectus page where they learn the competition details and begin the entry process.

We will create the prospectus tailored to your competition. All you do is provide the details. It will contain all information relevant to your competition presented in a marketing-effective layout that includes themes, categories, dates, awards, fees, juror bio, and other information specific to your event. It will be provided to you in a Word document, ready for you to post on your website.
