Delivered/shipped, wrapped, before December 11th, to Gallery Sitka, 2 Shaker Rd., D101, Shirley, MA 01464 

Installation: Friday, December 12, until done before opening

Opening Reception: Friday, December 12, 4:30-6 PM

The exhibition runs: December 12, 2025 - January 9, 2026

Removal of artwork: January 9, closing time. We will send out pickup dates for Gallery Sitka, 2 Shaker Rd., D101, Shirley, MA 01464, or you can pick up in Newport on the 9th as well.

Entry Guidelines:

-Submit two to 3 images on Smarter Entry https://client.smarterentry.com/NAWAMA  

-Artwork professionally wired for hanging and for sale during the entire show

-In the event of a sale: 50% to the Artist and 50% to Gallery Sitka South

Instructions: 

-2-D work (max. 24 inches in any direction)
-3-D and wall-hung sculptural work (wall-hung: max.24 inches in any direction) 

-Pastel works must be display-ready under plexiglass

-Metal or wood frames preferred. Unframed artwork must be finished on all sides.
