Confirming Image Upload:

When you see the image thumbnail under Submitted Images, you image has been received for the show/contest.

To upload an image:

  1. Click Choose File to browse to the file location on your computer
  2. Double click or click Open to copy the file location

    NOTE: file names may not include special characters: ' " ; : { } | \ /or any of the charters found above the numbers (@, #, *, etc) - except the underscore and dash.

    The name is the last part of the path to and including the file name. The special characters only applies to the file name. See the following example:

    c:\myhard_drive/photos/animals/file_name-2.jpg

    In the above example, c:\myhard_drive/photos/animals/ is the path.

    Only file_name-2.jp, which immediately follows the last / in the path is the file name, and can not include the special characters. Depending on your system, you may not see the path. If you do see the path to the file name when selecting and submitting your image, that is natural and OK.


  3. Type in the Title of the image. This is not the file name.
  4. If Category is visible, select a Category for the image
  5. Enter the dimensions: if an photographic image, the actual print size. If 3D art, the outside dimension of your piece or space.
  6. Provide the media used in your art: acrylics, plaster, etc. Not required for photographs
  7. Type in any special notes regarding the image creation or printing Process. The juror has the option to read these notes.
  8. Click Add Image to upload it to the show/contest. While the image is uploading do not press the back button or otherwise interfere with the upload process
  9. When the image appears in the column at the right, it has been received. Images will appear at the bottom of the column, you may have to scroll down to see newly added images.

Same image to multiple categories:

If you are submitting the same image to more than one category, you must do each submission separately. That is, submit / upload the first image, after it appears as received, then upload the image again, re entering the information.

Interrupting the upload process:

You can stop uploading images at anytime by clicking on Done.
To return to the upload process at a later date, log in, under Your Registered Shows click Upload / Review Images

Change images or add information after an image is uploaded

  • To change an image, click on Delete below the thumbnail
  • Replace it with a new image

Change or add information about an image

  • Delete the image
  • Re upload the image with the new information.

You can change images at no cost until the deadline.
